Auditing your social platforms to provide a detailed report on any areas you can improve on so you are speaking directly to your target audience and optimizing all of your profiles with the proper search terms and call-to-actions.

We’ll sit down every month and review the social media report. I’ll explain what the numbers show us to give you a clear picture of what’s working and not working—that way we will know how to proceed into the next month to continue achieving your business goals.

Having a written schedule of when and where you plan to publish upcoming content gives you more time every month to build your brand and quality content that engages with your audience.
With a content calendar, I’ll have you stay organized by including all of your original content, business updates, planned promotional activity, collaborations, and more.

I’ll also monitor your direct messages (based on your preference) by answering incoming inquiries, customer service, and escalation management. *Limitations apply.

The Discovery Call
During this Discovery Call, I’ll ask about your business, goals/plans, what services you’ll need, and identify exactly what it is you're struggling with social media. Once we are both ready to move forward, I will design your package based on your needs.
After you've reviewed the proposal, signed the agreement, and made your initial deposit, we can get started!

The Strategy Meeting
The first step in our process will be a one-hour-long strategy meeting.
This is where we will go over everything and talk more about your goals for your business/brand, your business plans, what type of audience you have currently, your ideal audience, your posting style, scheduling, your social media accounts, and current content strategy that you are using.

Preparation
After our strategy meeting, I will complete my auditing process of your socials and create a custom strategic strategy and content calendar.
I’ll also include a to-do list of content for you to submit. This could include caption notes, videos/photos of you/ your products, brand kit, and anything else that will make the content come together beautifully.
*NOTE: The first two weeks are dedicated to planning and crafting your strategy before the final kick-off meeting.

Kick-off meeting & Implementation
We'll hop on a call to go over your strategy, all of the submitted content, and what will be happening over the next month. I’ll take all the content that has been curated and reviewed and schedule them to be published to your accounts.
While the content is being posted. I’m doing outbound and inbound engagement with your audience.
